Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective
- Software, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for return
How to Return an Item
- Log into your account and navigate to your order history
- Get the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Reach out to us via email to generate the return shipping label
- Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging
- Attach the return shipping label to your package
- Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
