Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We pride ourselves on fast order processing and dispatch. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, with many qualifying for same-day dispatch.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (AEST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.

Next Business Day

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

We deliver to most locations across Australia. Our extensive courier network ensures reliable delivery to both metropolitan and regional areas.

We Deliver To

All major metropolitan areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin, and Canberra. Most regional towns and suburbs across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT.

Remote & Regional Areas

Remote and regional areas may incur additional freight charges. This includes parts of WA, NT, TAS, and some non-metro regions. You'll be notified of any extra charges before your order is dispatched.

Important: If additional freight charges apply to your location, we will contact you after you place your order. You can choose to proceed with the extra charge or receive a full refund.

Areas We Cannot Deliver To

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to: PO Boxes (for items that don't fit in standard Australia Post satchels), Parcel lockers (for large items), Australian islands off the mainland (except Tasmania), International addresses.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers will not call before delivery. If you're not home, a card will be left and your parcel can be collected from the nearest depot or post office.

What if my item is large or bulky?
While our standard shipping rates apply to most orders, bulky or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. In these cases, our team will obtain a dynamic shipping quote based on the item’s size, weight, and your delivery location, using our partnered carriers. We’ll contact you after your order is placed to confirm the updated shipping cost and get your approval before proceeding. No charges will be applied without your consent.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days after order is dispatched. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us immediately on sales@sparkyzone.com.au with your order number and correct details
Do you deliver to rural or remote areas (POA locations)?
Yes, we do deliver to rural and remote locations across Australia. However, some areas are classified by our delivery partners as POA (Price on Application) locations. If your shipping address falls within one of these zones, our team will contact you after checkout to confirm any additional delivery charges and updated delivery timeframes before your order is dispatched.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available from the Sydney Warehouse in NSW. If a product is eligible for pickup at this location, you'll see the "Available for Pickup" option displayed on the product page. Simply select local pickup at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
